This piece is Bleached Oak from Lunenburg County Nova Scotia with inlaid Black Locust growth ring sections from branches blown down by Hurricane Dorian September 7, 2019.
The Category 2 Hurricane moved into Atlantic Canada with wind gusts up to 141 km/hr.

This is a natural wood product. If dropped it may endure damage. Finished with Tung oil. Care Instructions provided.

Finished with a food safe, non toxic finish. An occasional wipe with a board balm will keep the wood from drying out and preserve it while allowing a rich patina to deveop over many years. If you must clean with a moist, not wet, cloth and pat dry immediately. Do not soak in water.
