This is a hand crafted leather product. Made from pull up leather. Proper care instructions are provided with each product. Returns are not accepted unless incorrect product shipped or extreme circumstances. IIf you want more pictures of the product before purchasing they can be provided. If a return is accepted then freight is not covered.
